Registration and Fees

Guests of registered delegates are welcome to attend the Welcome Get Together on Wednesday 7th June (fees apply and tickets must be booked in advance). We also plan to run early morning sessions at the Conference Centre which will be of interest to guests and family.

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:
• Attendance at all sessions and entrance to the exhibition area.
• Delegate bag and conference material.
• Welcome get together Wednesday 7th June.
• Tea and coffee breaks (lunch is not provided unless attending a lunchtime symposia).

Members of participating societies/organisations can register at reduced rates. Proof of membership will be required at the time of registering. To qualify for the early rate, payment must be received before the 15th February 2006.

Hotel Accommodation

The conference has reserved a limited number of rooms at special rates within a variety of hotels close to the conference centre. Prices range from £83.90 to £170.00 for 5 star accommodation. There are also many lower priced rooms available in smaller hotels and guest houses from around £35 bed and breakfast which can be booked independently. If you wish to book accommodation through the conference organisers, this must be done at the time of registering for the conference and credit card details will be required to secure your booking. Please note that you will be expected to settle your accommodation charges directly with the hotel when you depart. If you do not arrive at your hotel on the due date, the hotel will cancel your reservation for the subsequent nights and charge your credit card for all nights booked.

Reservations should be made at the time of registering for the conference. All rates quoted are per room per night and include breakfast and taxes. All rooms have private toilet/shower rooms, TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing either by post, fax or email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd). Substitutions can be made at any time.
• Before 30th April 2006, the registration fee will be refunded less £30.00 administration charge.
• After 30th April 2006, no refunds on registration fees will be made.

How to Pay
Full payment must accompany each registration form or an invoice can be requested. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.

Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling. There are three methods of payment:
By Cheque: Cheques should be made payable NECTM 2006.
By Credit Card/Switch: Only Visa, MasterCard or Switch can be accepted.
By Bank Transfer: Details are available on request from the Conference Organisers, In Conference Ltd.
On receipt of your registration form, a letter of confirmation and a receipt/invoice will be sent to you. If you have not received this letter two weeks after submitting your registration form, please contact the Conference Organisers.

Official Invitation/Visas
An official letter of invitation is available on request from the Conference Secretariat.
