General Information
Registration/Information Desks
All delegates will receive their name badge, meeting documents, ordered tickets and all relevant conference information upon arrival at the EICC.
The Registration and Information Desks will be open at the following times:
Wednesday 7th June, 14.00 – 19.00hrs
Thursday 8th June, 08.00 – 17.00hrs
Friday 9th June, 08.00 – 17.00hrs
Saturday 10th June, 08.00 – 13.15hrs

Conference Accreditation
The Northern European Conference on Travel Medicine has been approved by the Royal College of Nursing Accreditation Unit.
Bursaries
Danish Society of Travel Medicine
Members of Danish Society for Travel Medicine who have a presentation at the meeting can apply for financial support through our webpage www.dansk-rejsemedicin.dk or send an e-mail to the Chairman, Mads Buhl (mbu@sks.aaa.dk)
British Travel Health Association
Small grants for general educational purposes are on offer to members if an application is made through the educational sub committee. Address: PA Services Direct, PO Box 297, SALE M333.
Finnish Society for International Health
The members of the Finnish Society for International Health (in Finnish: David Livingstone-seura) can apply for 500 euro stipends (in total 3 stipends) to cover the conference registration costs. Language
The conference language will be English.
Special Requirements
Please advise the Conference Organisers (In Conference Ltd) of any special dietary (including vegetarian) or physical requirements.
Cancellation of the Conference
The Conference Organisers reserve the right to cancel the Conference in the event of any unforseen circumstances.
Insurance
The Conference cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to delegates, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before travelling.
