Cancellations and refund
A refund will be honored, less 25 % for
administration charge, provided that a written request is received by
the Congress Organisation C. Schaefer (COCS
GmbH) on or before April 14, 2009.
The
Conference Secretariat regrets that requests for refunds will not be
considered if received after the April 14,
2009 deadline.
All approved refunds will be issued 6 weeks after the conference.
Force Majeure -
Unexpected cancellation of the event:
The Congress Organisation C.
Schaefer (COCS GmbH) organizes the NECTM2010 on behalf of
the organising societies.
COCS reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or
compensation the NECTM2010
in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to
acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist
attacks). In such cases, COCS is freed of all responsibility.
Limitation of liability of COCS: In the event of it being impossible
for COCS to carry out the NECTM2010 for force majeure cases, so long
as this arises from a cause not attributable to COCS, COCS shall only
be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of
any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only
extends to the payments made directly to COCS and not to
payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines. |
